Environmental Responsibility
Sustainability is embedded throughout our operations, with a clear pathway to Net Zero by 2030 supported by annual carbon reporting, emissions monitoring and reduction planning across energy, procurement, travel and equipment. We are ISO 14001 accredited and registered with the SME Climate Hub and the Climate Pledge.
Our structured ESG programme is led by a dedicated ESG Champion, who works with operational teams and clients to develop, implement and report on ESG commitments.
Key Environmental Initiatives
- Our systems are fully cloud-based, significantly reducing paper consumption and minimising our environmental footprint.
- Implementing a Green Procurement Policy that incorporates circular economy principles, waste reduction and responsible sourcing into purchasing decisions.
- Sourcing and using environmentally responsible cleaning chemicals and materials.
- Training staff on the controlled use of consumables and to use the correct dilution, dosage and application of cleaning chemicals.
- Monitoring stock usage and replenishment to identify excessive chemical and consumable consumption.
- Our environmental management approach is aligned with recognised standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) accreditation requirements.
